Preserving the American Dream Conference Registration Form

If you would like to pay for your registration by credit card (VISA/MC/Discover/AmEx) or PayPal, fill out this registration form to reserve space for the 2013 Preserving the American Dream conference. You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay by credit card.

We will reserve space for you when we receive payment. If you need to cancel on or before October 10, 2013, we will give you a full refund. If you cancel after October 10, 2013, your refund will depend on whether we can fill your space with a late registrant.

Hotel Reservations

The Doubletree Washington, 1515 Rhode Island Avenue NW, offers a conference rate of $139 per night good for the nights of October 24 through 29 if you make reservations by October 4th. You can make reservations by calling 1-800-492-5195 and specifying that you are attending the American Dream conference. You can also make reservations on line; to get the ADC conference rate, enter "adc" in the special rate code field.

Airport to Hotel

People flying into Ronald Reagan National Airport can take the Metro to the McPherson Square station, which is a one-half mile walk to the hotel. From McPherson Square, walk north on 14th, turn left on Massachusetts Avenue, then right on a small street after the Embassy of Tunesia, then right on Rhode Island. Alternatively, SuperShuttle can take you from the airport to the hotel for about $14 with round-trip and multiple-passenger discounts. Taxis are approximately $20 plus tip. Similar services are available from Dulles and Baltimore-Washington, but the cost will be a little higher.
