Preserving the American Dream Conference Registration Form

Fill out this registration form to reserve space for the San Jose Preserving the American Dream conference, "Recovering from Smart Growth," November 10-12, 2007.


I want to attend the 2007 Preserving the American Dream conference. I would like to pay the:

I would also like to go on the optional tour of San Jose-area transit and land-use projects ($25). (Tour goes from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday, November 10.)

I am not attending the rest of the conference, but would like to attend the Saturday evening buffet dinner and debate ($30).

I would also like to join or renew my group/full membership in the American Dream Coalition ($250) and contribute an additional $.

I would also like to join or renew my individual membership in the American Dream Coalition ($25) and contribute an additional $.

We will reserve space for you when we receive payment. If you need to cancel before October 26, we will give you a full refund. If you must cancel after October 26, your refund will depend on whether we can fill your space with a late registrant.

To make hotel reservations at the San Jose Wyndham, call 800-996-3426 and mention you want the American Dream Coalition/Preserving the American Dream conference rate of $85 per night ($105 for executive rooms, $169 suites). This rate should be good for any nights between November 6 and November 14. To insure that you get this rate, make your reservations before October 26; after that date, they will try to provide this rate but it will not be guaranteed.
