The Preserving the American Dream conference brings together experts and activists from all over the United States to exchange ideas about land-use and transportation issues. Whether you are dealing with smart growth, light rail, Agenda 21, streetcars, sustainable planning, traffic calming, or any of a number of other forms of social engineering, you will find this conference to be incredibly valuable.

Regional conferences were held in Hawaii and Washington state in 2011 and 2012. The last national conference was held in Orlando in 2010, and the papers and PowerPoint shows from that conference are available on line. PowerPoint shows from the 2009 conference in Bellevue are also available.

In 2013 we will hold our national conference in Washington DC, giving people an opportunity to meet with their congressional delegation while they are in the city. More information about the conference is available here.
