TriMet alters rule on unruly
Many trouble makers have the right to ride Portlands Tri-Met
So how safe is it to ride? It may depend on where you ride and what stations you are at. Portland's east side line has a growing problem.

Comments:
The Tri-Met system has its problems with but these issues are worse on the highways where any drunk, drug dealer or prostitude can drive. In fact, numerous studies have demonstrated that light rail is much safer than riding our highways.
Here is how we can resolve the Tri-Met problem.
1. More Fuel Taxes - A gas tax must be instituded to fund more security on all light rail lines
2. Higher tolls - This money shoud be forwarded to the light rail line for security purposes.
